No two Nia classes are ever the same. Each Nia session builds movement patterns based on the 52 basic Nia moves. Movement patterns are then flavored with a variety of movement forms including several styles of dance, martial arts and healing arts. In addition to all of the potential movement variety, we play with music of all genres, and create specific foci that become part of each individual class. This keeps Nia classes fresh, you never stop learning, and you will be conditioning your whole self, body, mind, emotion, & spirit.
