We’ve hosted many Nia gatherings for birthdays, for bachelorette / bachelor weekend breaks, for anniversaries… you name it; we will assist you in creating a fun and memorable Nia event. Personal Training

The Ventura Nia Center Teachers are also available for private sessions focusing on your individual needs. Private sessions are versatile and can help you deepen your knowledge, artistry, and embodiment of Nia philosophies and skills. Private sessions can also be used to deepen your understanding of your anatomy and how this affects your physical, mental, and emotional and spirit energy. Private sessions are the ideal gift – for birthdays, the holidays or simply to introduce someone to the program and practice of Nia. Our Instructors are highly trained in the techniques and practices of Nia Technique. All clients are given individual and personal attention, focusing on the client’s needs and specific requirements.
